TrustLayer's site ran on Strapi, a headless CMS that served developers well and marketers badly. Every content update, blog post and design change required engineering time, so campaigns moved at the speed of the development queue rather than the market.
Solutions
We migrated the site and blog from Strapi to Webflow, rebuilding to mirror the original design while transferring all posts and media with SEO intact. The marketing team now edits visually and publishes without a ticket, which removed the engineering dependency that had been slowing campaign execution.
